But Paulius Vitkauskas brings us the KU DIR KA rocking chair. It is a classic chair that you would commonly see in schoolrooms. But it has a twist to it. It would have five legs on each side, all of different lengths. These legs are arranged from shortest to longest. The shortest would be positioned in the outermost corners of the chair. Speaking of different, Patrick Messier brings us a really different and modern take to the rocking chair. He made this in tribute to Sophie Fournier, his business partner and life partner all-in-one. The couple looked high and low for the right rocking chair. They looked for those that would fit their standards for style and comfort. Since, they couldn’t find one, they Patrick decided to make one instead.

Reno Bonzon also brings us another comfortable piece that would surely help take us away to another place, a place of nurturing and peace. The Gaivota is said t be the most rewarded creation from Brazil. It has successfully combined ergonomics and aesthetics in one amazing piece. This piece has won the Brazilian House Prize and the Movesp Prize in 1988. It also was representative t the Biennial of Design in Sao Paulo in 1990.
